We are looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen our team and actively contribute to the growth of the EUPAGO brand.
If you have a commercial profile, a results-oriented approach, enjoy building trusted relationships with customers, and have an interest in technological solutions, this opportunity is for you!

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new business opportunities;

• Manage and follow up with potential and active customers;

• Make phone contacts and commercial follow-ups;

• Present and promote solutions according to each customer's profile;

• Prepare commercial proposals and support negotiations;

• Work together with the team to achieve commercial objectives;

• Record and follow up on interactions in CRM tools;

What we are looking for:

• Professional experience in call center/contact center, preferably in a commercial or customer support context;

• Good communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills;

• Goal-oriented and customer satisfaction-oriented;

• Experience in phone contact with customers and lead management;

• Knowledge of CRM, ERP tools, and customer service platforms;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace;

• Organizational and administrative/commercial task management skills;

• Team spirit, proactivity, and resilience;

• Intermediate level of English (oral and written).
