We are looking for a Commercial Technician to strengthen our team and actively contribute to the growth of the EUPAGO brand.

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new business opportunities;

• Maintain relationships with clients (potential and active);

• Prepare commercial proposals;

• Negotiations;

• Follow up with clients;

• Work together with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives;

• Attend and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;

• Suggest improvements based on customer feedback.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial area;

• Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation, and customer service;

• Knowledge of CRM, ERP tools, and customer management platforms (such as Zendesk, Freshdesk);

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides);

• Experience in administrative and operational processes in the commercial area;

• Intermediate level of English, suitable for written and oral communication in the work environment.
