Protectus Crédito is a recent company but already well established in the market, currently with a growing client portfolio nationwide. We are dedicated to credit intermediation and personalized financial consulting, supporting individuals and companies in identifying the best financing solutions with the main banking institutions.

We are looking for a Credit Manager on a commission basis to strengthen our team in the Northern region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform simulations and comparative analyses of credit with various financial institutions;

  • Present personalized solutions tailored to the client's profile and objectives;

  • Collect, organize, and analyze documentation related to financing processes;

  • Accompany the client from simulation to signing, ensuring transparency and excellence in service;

  • Mediate the relationship between the client and banking entities;

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal credit management processes;

  • Develop a client portfolio and enhance cross-selling opportunities with the insurance area.

What We Are Looking For

  • Valid Certification in Credit Intermediation (mandatory requirement);

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the credit area;

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial market;

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and empathy skills;

  • Sales-oriented commercial profile;

  • Highly organized, autonomous, and responsible;

  • Good computer skills (Office/Google Suite);
