Main responsibilities:

• Organize and ensure the smooth running of reception tasks;

• Receive and direct external visitors;

• Manage the stationery and office supplies orders;

• Schedule the use of internal rooms and spaces;

• Handle messages and occasional errands (e.g., mail, banks, public entities, fruit shop, among others);

• Manage correspondence and orders;

• Collaborate on general office support tasks.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma (minimum);

• Previous experience in reception, secretarial, or administrative support roles;

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools;

• Good knowledge of English (oral and written);

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;

• Problem-solving skills and good communication abilities;

• Autonomy, proactivity, and enjoyment of interacting with people;

• Immediate availability (preferable).
