Administrative Insurance Technician - Protectus

We are looking for an Administrative Insurance Technician to strengthen our team in the North region.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in preparing quotes, simulations, and proposals;

• Contact insurers to follow up on requests, clarify doubts, and ensure the correct issuance of policies;

• Ensure customer service (in-person, by phone, and email), providing information about products and services;

• Manage policy renewals and expirations, contacting customers and ensuring contract continuity;

• Control payments and collections, ensuring compliance with insurer deadlines and regulations;

• Support the billing process to insurers;

• Organize and keep the customer and contract database updated;

• Support in claims management, collecting documentation and following processes until resolution;

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations applicable to insurance activities.

What we are looking for:

• Solid knowledge of the insurance sector;

• ASF certification (preferable);

• Experience in administrative or procedural functions (valued);

• Proficiency in Office tools and/or Google Suite;

• High sense of responsibility, organization, and accuracy;

• Communication and persuasion skills;

• Empathy, ease of interpersonal relationships, and customer orientation;

• Commercial proactivity and motivation to work towards goals.
